We’ve had a very busy couple of months working on a boiler replacement project for Ongo. Since the beginning of November the team has successfully replaced and upgraded 50 new boilers and heating systems.
In addition to the boiler replacement scheme they have also been working hard on an ‘out of hours’ support contract for Ongo. This contract sees the Hales & Coultas team attending callouts when the Ongo team have stopped working for the day.
Since the start of this contract a month ago, the team have attended 340 out of hours emergency call outs across the region.
Our Commercial Manager Kate has worked with the engineers to ensure a seamless process with all call outs being attended promptly.
Russ Edwards, our Operations Manager at Ongo, said; “I just wanted to let you know how thankful we are in regards to how you have dealt with the high number of emergencies we have had recently.
“Thank you for all your hard work and efforts and also to your engineers. I’d also like to thank our planners in the Maintenance team for their hard work too.
