Hales and Coultas has now been working in partnership with Platform Housing for over a year, and the contract is going from strength to strength.
The work includes providing commercial servicing and repairs to Platform Housing properties, as well as carrying out solid fuel servicing across the whole of Lincolnshire.
The past six months has been a busy time with the team completing three plant room upgrades at Sarge Close and Dobson Court in Skegness, and Elizabeth Court in Louth. They have also serviced over 80 solid fuel properties across Lincolnshire.
It is one of the largest improvements carried out by the team so far for Platform Housing, and it comes at a crucial time with the cold weather upon us.
Michelle Mills, General Manager at Hales and Coultas said: “We’re delighted to have signed such a huge contract. It’s great that although we pride ourselves in being a local company, we can compete work across Lincolnshire and still keep our roots.
“The workmanship on the plant rooms has been a fantastic piece of work carried out by the team, and I’m excited for more improvements to be made as part of this partnership.”
Hales and Coultas also work with Ongo Homes delivering their out of hour’s contract, providing emergency cover and reactive repairs across North Lincolnshire and are looking to secure more large contracts in the future as they expand.
